Lisa Stone brings nearly twenty years of leadership experience in education with a focus on coaching, training, change management, and school culture.

 

In her current role as Director of Fellows at the Nashville Incubator, she supports founding executive leaders in designing innovative public charter school options for families in Tennessee. Throughout her career, Lisa has seen how easily hardworking educators lose sight of balance in the pursuit of serving students. Her own search for a more intentional and sustainable way of living led to the creation of Time Well Planned. Today, through personalized coaching she helps leaders discover practical ways to prioritize what matters most, proving that it is possible to thrive at work and live fully outside of it.
